Enrichyou for business: our Sustainable Business Programmes

Enrichyou in the community: our Growth Journey approach

As well as our work with businesses we have also built up a portfolio of coaching, training and mentoring based approaches to help people away from the world of work. For both private individuals and users of not-for-profit and public sector organisations, our Growth Journeys have helped dozens of people to live a more fulfilled life.

What is a Growth Journey?

Whenever someone is in a place where they feel stressed, broken, disengaged, or struggling to cope for a variety of reasons, our Growth Journeys can help them to find a path to a better future. Even when it looks like there is no hope for positive change, we have moved people to a place where the outlook is brighter and resolved. Some have even achieved remarkable turnarounds in the life with our help.

Based around a coaching style that addresses your own unique issues and your own unique abilities, the focus is on enabling you to walk your own way out of the current situation. It all stems from a belief that each of us has the power and ability to do this - what’s sometimes needed is some skilled people to help you make it happen.

Not-for-profit/public sector service users
Growth Journeys address the fact that many not-for-profit and public sector organisations have service users struggling to cope. We focus on our work with offender rehabilitation, but the approach is also relevant to people in other situations, such as facing ill health or experiencing the difficulty of completing their formal education.

Private individuals
We have developed a series of Growth Journeys - delivered through a blend of workbooks and online support - to help individuals, couples, parents and families find the understanding, attitudes and skills needed to live with stability and lead fulfilled lives.
