After completing each stage of development, if
the delegate is unable to confidently assimilate the
learning in their organisation at a level that adds
more value than the amount of investment in the
workshop, we will repeat the learning free of
charge or refund the equivalent value.

Terms Of Booking (Paid Events)
Delegate places are confirmed on receipt of
payment, (invoice or card-payment options
available). Deposit only payment available
on 3-day events. Bookings can be amended
or rescheduled up to 28 days before the event
at no charge. Full Ts&Cs available on request.

Cancellation Fees (Paid Events)
Between 4-8 weeks ahead of event: 20%
Between 2-4 weeks ahead of event: 50%
Less than 2 weeks ahead of event: 100%
