Introducing: Business & Leadership Academy

Enrichyou UK is pleased to announce the launch of our new Business Academy and Leadership Academy courses!
Many of our customers and clients will already know that we have been using the Business Academy & Leadership Academy labels as part of the core Enrichyou service offering for many years now. It has become clear over the last year, however, that these specific parts of our service should be defining their own brand and service offerings, in addition to our core retained consultancy offer.
In a nutshell…
BUSINESS ACADEMY offers fundamental business leadership skills for existing Directors/Senior-leaders, as well as New-to-role Directors/Board-members and Director-designate/Heir-apparents; to run their business units legally, ethically and sustainability into the long-term. Our suite of in-house programmes are delivered primarily in a 1-to-1 coaching style and cover Board-level skills and knowledge. We also offer ‘new-to-role’ or ‘soon-to-be’ Director/Senior-level development programmes which can be accessed through our open-courses across the UK (see events page for details).

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY provides fundamental skills & career-level professional development for managers and functional leaders at every level; covering the primary skills of managing self & role, people & teams, process & function, communication, and managing change & innovation. The core suite of half-day, 1-day and 3-day workshops can be delivered to small groups (onsite or offsite), but with the 1-day workshops also available to individual managers on an open-workshop basis at various dates and locations across the year.

Retained or ad-hoc, our Academy services allow our clients to ‘pull’ on a range of skill development workshops and programmes on a presenting-needs basis; where our core consultancy offer provides practical help and advice to business owners & directors of SME/growing businesses to lay down the foundations of long-term economic sustainability, independent ownership and trading stability. Our work with next-generation family businesses and employee-owned businesses has been particularly rewarding over the last few years, and it’s great to be part of helping these companies thrive throughout and beyond the challenges of Covid.
