A few milestones…
FEBRUARY – the launch of our 1-hour Webinar Series for MD/Business Owners and HR Professionals, which have proved hugely popular throughout the year. The full 2022 series and schedule will be announced over the coming weeks.
APRIL/MAY – Of Course There Is An ‘i’ In TEAM. This proved to be one of our most popular articles of 2021, where we reminded managers and leaders that teams are made up of a bunch of individuals, who each have their own unique view of the world and who should be listened to in order to attain best performance and team unity in any organisation.
JUNE – publication of our updated Leaders Of The Future brochure, offering a range of ‘tailored’ management and leadership skills training programmes for every level of career development – including the ever popular 3-day Certificate In Accountable Leadership programme.
AUGUST/SEPTEMBER – by the summer, we seemed to have bounced-back from the impact of the Covid downturn; and in adding to the breadth and depth of our wider business consultancy offer, we were delighted to renew our long association with Laurie Higman as part of the Enrichyou team. For those who don’t already know Laurie, he continues to be our expert consultant for all things ‘business process’ and has brought a plethora of knowledge and experience to our clients over the years.
OCTOBER – as we celebrated our 20th year in business, we took the opportunity to launch a new suite of 1-to-1 Career-level Development programmes. Already available to groups and teams within organisations to ensure that managers and leaders are ‘on top of role’ and ready for each new era of their management career, this suite of 4 x 3-module programmes is now available to sponsored individuals, or those wanting to invest in their own professional development as world-class managers and leaders!
DECEMBER – instead of sending the usual Christmas cards and gifts this year, we’ve decided to thank our customers by planting a number of trees on their behalf through our chosen reforestation partner, TreeApp; and, as a result, are delighted to have been able to fund the planting of 600 trees in various parts of the world – offsetting around 33 tonnes of carbon on behalf of our clients. Thank you!
SPRING 2022 – adding to our business development achievements in 2021, the New Year will see us launch our new partner initiative as part of our growth plans for 2022 – where we are looking to recruit and partner with the ‘best of the best’ coach-consultants and leadership developments specialists in the industry to join our growing partnership team.
