Meet The Team

Tim Puddle is a senior consultant and management development trainer with over 30 years of experience, supporting sustainable growth in all sizes of business – from small professional practices to major retail outlets. Tim graduated with a first in finance and accounting but found his calling in sales early on in his career, leading up to his final ‘employed role’ working with Procter & Gamble where he specialised in building partnerships with leading retailers around key product categories. Tim is a highly experienced business consultant who enjoys sharing his experience of customer journeys, values-based selling and commercial development through interactive workshops and coaching to help SME businesses across the UK and beyond.
