As a professional trainer, coach and change specialist, Stephen Mather works with business leaders and management teams to help deliver sustainable Learning & Development outcomes and behavioural change projects. Cutting his teeth in the UK food manufacturing sector, Stephen now works across a variety of business sectors to deliver management training and process improvement. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a Bsc First-class (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Organisational Psychology; and is a CIPD qualified Advanced Strategic Learning & Development specialist.
